Induction Ceremony of Oando Oleum Academy 2016

The Induction Ceremony of Oando Oleum Academy 2016 Commenced on August 9, 2016. This year there are two Facilitators respectively, Automedic Nigeria Limited and Lady Mechanic Initiative. Of which the first training class commenced on the 11^th of August 2016.

This year Training will last for 10 weeks and each Training Class will be held 3 days in a week from 8am-12noon. The Training is fully sponsored by Oando and free for all Candidates, but Candidates are expected to take care of their logistics.

In Addition to the acquired Knowledge each Candidates gets the prestigious Oleum Academy Certificate including an Automotive Certificate (Affiliated with National Open University). All Candidates have to pass their exams at the end of the class and must also have at least 90% class attendance to qualify for Certificates.

According to one of our nominated Registered Service Vendor Mr Friday Akere, who is participating in the training and representing Carpartsnigeria said “he is pleased and overwhelm partaking in the training with the help of Carpartsnigeria choosing him”.

According to The Chief Operating Officer of Oando Marketing Plc. Mrs. Olaposi Williams the first 100 people and it is a structure we have put in place, it is not an annual function, we are working with NATA and MOMTA. These are the first set of 100 that we are training. It is mainly on empowering mechanics to have the structure of mechanic workshop.
