We hope you celebrated the start of 2019 in good spirits with family and friends. Now that we’re a few days into the New Year, we want to use the opportunity to thank all our customers and vendor partners across the world. Our commitment and purpose remains, to add value to our vendors by bringing their products closer and faster to their customers, while giving consumer’s access to markets that were not originally available to them.
2018 was quite a year for all of us at CPN. We’ve been through many developments, in sometimes less than favorable circumstances. But we’ve also achieved a huge amount. 2018 has been yet again another year of growth, starting with the enhancement and upgrade of the CPN platform to be more user friendly, the release of the easy to use CPN Mobile APP that has helped our customers to stay engaged, the opening of the CPN Warehouse, the CPN Fleet Management Platform, a subset of Carpartsnigeria, expansion of the CPN partner Network in all 36 states of Nigeria. And more importantly, maintaining a 97% customer satisfaction rating.
With a new year, come new challenges and goals. The theme for 2019 is “People, Process & Performance”. This is a year in which we want to set records; record sales, record growth, and record customer service. We surveyed our customers extensively in 2018 about how CPN can serve them better. We have already implemented many of their suggestions, and the remaining are to be rolled out in the coming months. These improvements will make CarPartsNigeria an even better company and will enable us to set the records and achieve the goals to which we aspire.
Ever since its inception, CPN has been the leader in the online Auto parts & Service industry in terms of total number of best vendor partner acquisition, quality of its services, value of its accreditation and certification and broad portfolio of services offered. As always, we remain committed in our quest to help form and improve the future of the Automobile industry in Nigeria and Africa. We have every intention to revolutionize and stay the premier Automobile solutions provider in Africa. It may sound like a very big challenge indeed. But, with imagination, vision and determination, it can and will happen.
CarPartsNigeria has undergone a remarkable evolution in the past three years as we’ve pursued our vision to remain the nation’s number one Online Auto Parts & Service platform in the nation. One of the most profound changes over this time has been the richer understanding of—and deeper commitment to—sustainability that has come into focus as we have refined our views of what it means to be a Pioneer in the industry. We have continued to focus on the fundamentals of customer service, continuous improvement and investment in our business model and Vendor Partners. A change that has continued to bring unique auto-parts & service buying experience that allows us to get the best quality products to the consumer at the overall best affordable prices.
I would personally like to thank all our valued CPN customers and CPN partners for their continuous support and dedication - we couldn’t have been where we are now without such a tremendous level of endorsement from all of you. I also would like to thank the team at CPN for all the hard work and incredible levels of enthusiasm ensuring that our customers and partners get the best from us.
