Ways to reduce your cancer risk

1. Do not smoke, Do not use ant form of tobacco.

2. Make your home smoke-free.

3. Be physically active.

4. Enjoy a healthy diet.

5. Limit your alcohol intake.

6. Avoid too much sun, use sun protection.

7. Breastfedding reduces the mother cancer's risk.

8. Reduce indoor and outdoor pollution.

9. Vaccinate your children against Hepatitis B and HPV.

10. Take part in organized cancer screening programmes.
